as president obama begins a three-week public relations campaign for the new healthcare law, another lawsuit was filed against the affordable care act. the university of notre dame filed a religious challenge to the healthcare overhall, saying the -- overhaul, saying the requirement that the health plans cover birth control violates roman teachings. this is one of more than 80 lawsuits attacking the law on religious grounds. it will be the supreme court who decides if employers can refuse to offer benefits under the law. but that ruling is not expected into well next year. >>> some legal experts say people hear in california should pay close attention to the provisions of the bankruptcy protection just granted for the city of detroit. the judge in that case ruled that detroit can impose cuts to the pension plans of employees. that ruling comes as a bankrupt california city, san bernardino, is considering a legal showdown with cal piers -- calpirs. the ooles ruling does --. >>> they are not giving hope. why there's new hope for a san jose pilot and his family missing since sunday in idaho. >>

? >> not perfect indeed, tyler. after five weeks of intensive work to try to get things up to speed, the obama administration says they cannot accommodate up to 800,000 users a today, 50 thousands at a time. if you go on healthcare.gov this morning, you will find yourself waiting in a queue. they do now, as part of their technical fix, have a queueing system that will hold your place in line and get back to you. nonetheless, the site overwhelmed as we entered the peak pertain for people who want to enroll before january 1st. at this clinic in philadelphia, the queue clinic, hakeem has been helping people sign up. he says it is night and day on the site. over the last few days, he says, it's been very smooth and he's been able to help people sign up online start to finish and for a time has felt like he's making progress. >> it tax like two minutes to get the results. this is what ear eligible for, would you like to enroll, and choosing a pair, some plans and premiums. it works very well now. so it's exciting that people can come in and in like, half an hour, find insurance. it's rewarting. >>
